Jessica Verret Hill is our new chef at the Kitchenary

She grew up along the bayou in Loreauville, Louisiana and learned to cook and bake from her mother. After graduating high school, Jessica moved to Lafayette to attend college at University of Louisiana. She was part of several organizations on campus and honor societies while obtaining her BS in Biology and minoring in Chemistry. It was in College Jessica realized her passion for baking and cooking.

Over the Years, Jessica continued her cooking while pursuing her career in the field of science. Recently, she has decided to leave her successful career in chemistry to return to the culinary industry. For her, cooking is rewarding and fulfilling.
